Hi guys, I have a friend that wants to go to Ho Chi Minh city, and buy a 1 year Non immigrant "O" spouse/family,, is that even possible for a swedish guy, and any special documents needed??

The only reports of getting one there have been 2nd hand. So in reality no confirmed reports of getting one there.

They will issue a single entry non-O if your wife is Thai which can be extended in Thailand.
