I have the question about my 90 days report ,

I have a marry extension 1 year (what ii made in bangkok) , and my 90 days report will expired on 01-march-2017,

 

I moved already permanently to province Chantaburi,

 

What office i should make my next 90 days report ?

and what documents I will need for my extension 90 days report?

 

Because i move out from Bangkok to province,

You need to need to do a TM28 change of address form at immigration in Chanthaburi before you can do a 90 day report there. They will want proof of residence along with it.
