I have recently just obtained my new passport and I have the letter for transferring the stamp. So my question is.

My current Non Imm O visa expires next month, so is it possible to not transfer the stamp and just leave the country with both passports as I will be applying for a new visa from abroad.

If the transfer of the visa stamp must be done, then where does this process happen. Local immigration office or does it have to be Chiang Mai or the big cities?

Thanks in advance for any help

If you have a visa from a embassy or consulate it cannot be transferred.

You will show both passports on your next departure from the country. The officer will transfer your current entry stamp to your new passport and stamp you out of the country in it. If your visa was still valid you would then use both passports on entry to use the visa in your old passport.
