Since last month, it seems like we can only get 2 exemption stamp per year.

 

i got 2 already but I'll fly into Thailand from France in May of this year.

 

Will they give me an exemption stamp?

 

Does the limit of 2 stamps per year also applies when you fly in or is it only on land borders?

Only land borders. You should have no problem flying in.

As above. Not applicable at airport entry.
