mojaco
Summary of today's experience - similar to past 3-4 years: Arrived 7:15 AM - 50 already in line Doors opened 8:30 AM - 200 in line Received #19 for retirement extension Extension completed 10:15 - 1,900 Baht per person Multi-re-entry completed 11:15 - 3,800 Baht per person Information Provided: TM7 form filled out, signed, with photo and phone number on it Normal passport copies (face page, visa page, last entry, current extension, departure card), all signed Extension funds via US Embassy Affidavit This year wanted copy of marriage license and translation into Thai. Not always asked for This year wanted copy of current 90-Day report slip in passports (new this year) Did not ask for proof of income, nor address verification, nor bank book info Did not have the "Personal Information Form" some places use Filled out and signed the three forms like last year - address info, "conditions" for extension (but this one they had me keep), and another one whose purpose I forget. Pleasant business atmosphere with no "extras" asked for (never a problem at CW) Edited February 16, 2017 by mojaco added some informaton
