Does Chiang Rai have an outdoor fitness park at the beach?

I've seen a few photos, but impossible to find info online.

 

looks like it has some outdoor fitness stations.

 

does anyone know if it has a high pull up bar.

yes there is a pull up bar and a bunch of other fitness type devices/areas at CR beach

Strange ...seeing as Chiang Rai is no where near the ocean  --  how does it manage to have a "beach"?

I love spending time at Chiang Rai beach. There is of course no "beach" in Chiang Rai as it is land locked but this is a local area of food huts where you can sit along the river and eat and drink and interact with locals. There are very few foreigners here. I find it very relaxing. You can walk here from Baan Nattawaddee hotel in about 5 minutes.
