    I would just take my chances , never been asked for TM 30 in Jomtien .  If the day comes and they suddenly fine me 1600 baht then let it be.

    Strange, but good to know.. I had absolutely no clou that it is the falang, that should bring the TM30,   I thought that we falang and renter, was forced to produce the TM28,,, and NOT TM30

Never done one before and no slips apart from 90 day one in passport.

My wife did a TM 30 report and got fined 500 Baht, no receipt. How the <deleted> can that be when it's not general knowledge among Thai regarding notifying Immigration of staying in their house?
