THE CHAIRMAN of Nation Multimedia Group executive has denied rumours that NMG’s digital TV channel NOW26 was in the process of being terminated, while planning to put emphasis on documentaries in the meantime. 

 

The new emphasis came after the “La Kwam Jing” (Hunt for the Truth) programme gained popularity with a relatively high rating.

 

Thepchai Yong, the new chairman of the NMG board, refuted the rumour of NOW26’s termination, insisting that the group’s executives were not pursuing that idea.
