Starting sales at five gives the school kids time to get home and changed out of their school uniform, so it doesn't appear as though the shop is selling to kiddies.

Maybe the schools should just enforce their rules on drinking in uniform instead of punishing the other 97% of legal drinkers, who aren't students.......

HOW APPROPRIATE!

Prik moved to VD Agency!      Great news!

Maybe the SRT can now reinstate their Bar Service, which should never have been revoked.  Idiot Management!

Expect a new rule to be promulgated in the near future...

"Sex selling times 11:00 to 14:00 and 17:00 to Midnight only."

At first I thought at least the guy has been moved to a job we could hope he succeeded at. Then I had the same thought as this. He will likely try to discourage sex instead of reduce disease.

Or maybe sellers should just check IDs...sellers found to be selling to underage drinkers get fined. Simple enough I think.

That, too, but many of the uniform wearers are of legal age, but they are told not to sit in bars in their uni units....but, yes, same principle....sellers breaking decades old laws on age shouldn't cause the whole country to be inconvenienced.
