I see that all the data comes from Numbeo (which may explain a lot) but the presentation is interesting.

Tbilisi is actually a pretty cool city.  As is Astana, which is a very modern and clean city.  Another we really love is Yerevan.  It would amaze you.  Guaranteed.  Sadly, it gets too cold there for it to be an option for me!  And blazing hot in the summer for Astana and Yerevan.

Can add that Almaty too is/appears to be a very liveable city, though was not at all that cheap-but since then the KZT seems to have plunged down. Experience both blazing hot summers and ski-snow clad winters too. MUCH more interesting and entertaining as Astana. And how those Kazaks look so  graceful Thai-except for their horrible Mongol=sheep food.
