KittenKong
Some very strange results! I see that all the data comes from Numbeo (which may explain a lot) but the presentation is interesting.
KhunBENQ
Chiang Mai, Bangkok, Pattaya seem to be the only places in Thailand in the list. Quote Live Internationally for Cheap Cheap Cambodia not contained. Teheran, Tbilisi, Almati, Astana... ah, no thanks Lots of places in India. Would be worth a detailed review (at least the beach places).

Tbilisi is actually a pretty cool city. As is Astana, which is a very modern and clean city. Another we really love is Yerevan. It would amaze you. Guaranteed. Sadly, it gets too cold there for it to be an option for me! And blazing hot in the summer for Astana and Yerevan.
asanee
Can add that Almaty too is/appears to be a very liveable city, though was not at all that cheap-but since then the KZT seems to have plunged down. Experience both blazing hot summers and ski-snow clad winters too. MUCH more interesting and entertaining as Astana. And how those Kazaks look so graceful Thai-except for their horrible Mongol=sheep food.
