The best condo swiming pool in the Pattaya area.

No thank you.

The walls have cracks with shoddy white paint work cover up.  The pool is a common sight in Pattaya - Amazon, Parklane, Atlantis etc...etc.  The balconies are small and the buildings are too close to one another.  Yes, kids shouting in the pool as well.

The noise created by the echo effect of the surrounding buildings even without screaming

kids, the fountains alone would be enough to drive me insane.

For me a good swimming pool would need to be a rectangle shape so you can actually use it

for swimming lengths in it.

Not have a pirate ship wreck stuck in the middle of it!

Another template from Height Holdings.  The most important factor when considering a condo in Pattaya - rent or purchase - is location.  Laguna has not access to baht buses and and it's deep inside Thepprasit 17.  You are at the mercy of motorcycle taxis and soi dogs.

And screaming kids all day long every day.

That's a nightmare, for residents,   no thank you.

Not to mention all the old people swimming around who haven't properly showered before entering.......sweat, dead skin, fecal particulate, and other unidentified floating matter.....yuk!
