swissmaninthailand
This place is gorgeous(seven seas in jomtien) , even after 5 minutes, I felt I was in heaven. I could travel from one island to another island in 20 seconds. Or even swim. Some companies build very nice pools, just impressive. This is probably the nicest pool I have seen so far. Here a little video
Henryford
Doesn't look that impressive. The bridge over the pool already has a hole in it. Like many condos these days they build the pool surrounded by high rise buildings so it's permanently in the shade. VT 1&2 are better.
onemorechang
And screaming kids all day long every day. That's a nightmare, for residents, no thank you.
thairookie
No thank you. The walls have cracks with shoddy white paint work cover up. The pool is a common sight in Pattaya - Amazon, Parklane, Atlantis etc...etc. The balconies are small and the buildings are too close to one another. Yes, kids shouting in the pool as well. johng
Kids screaming all day or dogs howling all night, If forced to make a choice I would choose kids but prefer to have neither.
robertthebruce
Sorry but it's nothing special.... looks like a Prison with a Pool..... Pass....
sotsira
The noise created by the echo effect of the surrounding buildings even without screaming kids, the fountains alone would be enough to drive me insane. For me a good swimming pool would need to be a rectangle shape so you can actually use it for swimming lengths in it. Not have a pirate ship wreck stuck in the middle of it! thairookie
Maybe the real deal is neither the pool nor the wrecked ship. It's the Thai pirates masquerading as developers and property agents.
scubascuba3
I'd like to buy a condo with no pool or gym or part of a hotel arrangement. Old pools and gyms can look terrible

The most important factor when considering a condo in Pattaya - rent or purchase - is location. Laguna has not access to baht buses and and it's deep inside Thepprasit 17. You are at the mercy of motorcycle taxis and soi dogs.
thairookie
I would stay away from glass paneled balcony. It's difficult to maintain and it blocks the breeze.

Not to mention all the old people swimming around who haven't properly showered before entering.......sweat, dead skin, fecal particulate, and other unidentified floating matter.....yuk! lou62
These large fancy pools that some of us have are expensive to maintain. They look nice but as said previously the rectangular pools are the way to go.
i claudius
And in about 5 years when half the tenants have not paid maintainance, all those lovely things will have started to rot and fallen into disrepair, best of luckSent from my ASUS_T00J using Tapatalk
Henryford
I would avoid like the plague any pool with a pirate ship in it. You will get a load of screaming kids all day. Forget peaceful relaxing by the pool.

swissmaninthailand
If you want an idea how buildings look when older, look at view talay or park lane. I will make a little video on park lane very soon.
gk10002000
i always liked the place over by Orchard Mike on Soi 2 or was it Soi 3 in Pattaya. vanishing edge pool, partly shady or sunny depending where you sit, reasonable rent for the day fee, poolside food menu available.
