December 16, 200619 yr The going rate is around 300 baht for a 60-90 talang wah block. For this they will do a lot more than just cut the grass. Trim hedges, trees etc.
December 16, 200619 yr I Probably have around 100 odd talang wah of grass, hedges, trees and flower beds. A team comes in twice a month, spends around 4 - 5 hours and cuts the grass, trims the hedges, prunes and tidies the trees, weeds the flower beds & sprays with fertislizer, and replaces any dead or dying plants. Cost is 1,300 Baht a month, plus the cost of any replacement plants, which is usually minimal.
