Knowing that immigration requirements for 1 year extension of permission to stay based on retirement change regularly and are also variable among different offices, I would appreciate responses from those who have ery recently done such extension at the Samui (Maenam) immigration office. I guess I need the following for application using the 800K in the bank method, but please correct me or advise of any other current requirement(s):

• passport copies (1 set or 2 sets ?) personal details page, current permission of extension, last 90 days report, departure card
• TM7 with photo
• bank letter stating current balance
• bank statement of transactions over last 3 months
• photocopy of every used page in bank book
• Google map with coordinates of my house location
• copy of rental agreement
• Alien personal information form
• Medical certificate from Nathon hospital - this is new to me: is it indeed required and if so, does it need to be from Nathon hospital or any other clinic ?

All photocopies to be signed at right hand bottom and only portrait format copies are acceptable.

The medical certificate can be issued at any hospital, mine was done in Koh Phangan.

Only 1and if I were you I would copy every page with a stamp on it.
