Am travelling Air Asia Monday the 12th (Sunday) . Is there long term parking there and if expensive? Alternatively I believe Air Asia has a mini-van service, any information would be appreciated.

does anybody know from where in Pattaya and how often it runs?

Its a-or maybe even more now, pre-booked pickup where you stay/live type of van. ANY normal HTL/guesthse will have the details and can do the booking-likely with some surcharge. Not specifically tied to AA. FROM airport go to booking desks-I think then there is a flat fare of 150 bt-maybe graduated for toofarout of PTY proper.

the van leaves at fixed times (that I don't know, but there have been topics on TV with people posting pictures of the schedule, so just search for it) from Central Festival Pattaya Beach Road, hence it should be easy for you to take a Baht Bus from Jomtien and just get off at Central. Arriving from 2nd road, it is on the right side outside of the building. Just don't enter the Mall, turn to your right and then left around the corner and walk towards the sea along the building. Can not be missed
