1st renewal of marriage extension

Featured Replies

My apologies for asking such a basic question, but it's my first time.

My first ever marriage extension expires 25th April'17.

1 - To renew for another 12 months, do I need to get another Non O visa first ?

2 - Or is it simply filling out a TM7 and providing all the same supporting docs as I did 1 year ago ?

3 - Should I apply around 20th March ? Is that enough lead time, given that Songkran is in there mid April ?

Will be at Buriram Immi. Cheers.

No you do not need another Non Imm O Visa.

Just go and apply the same as you did last time.

You can apply up to 30 days early. 45 days early at some offices.

Two is correct.

Not sure what Buriram's policy is for applying early is but for most offices it is 30 days. It should not take more than one day to do the extension. You will still get the under consideration stamp with a report back date. I think the 30 days for the report back date will start from April 25th like most offices here in Isaan do it.
