Prime Minister Hun Sen issued a strong warning yesterday to NGO officials who analyze politics, while also repeating that there will be no amnesty for former opposition president Sam Rainsy. Speaking at a groundbreaking ceremony for a new road, Mr. Hun Sen told NGO workers that they need to act like civil society organization officials and not engage in political analysis.

“If NGO officials do something that affects the rights of others, they will face legal action. This is legal action, not the action of Hun Sen,” he said. “You are NGOs, do not mess up.
