BANGKOK: -- A KEY PIECE of evidence in the recent killing of a university student has been passed on to the Crime Suppression Division (CSD).

The 30-minute audio clip depicts a male heard saying: “You should have not used such a level of violence.”

Another male replied: “We did it already anyway.”

Songkran Achariyasap, who chairs a network that monitors activity that is deemed detrimental to the nation, religion and the monarchy, handed over the clip to the CSD yesterday.

He said it was related to the fatal attack at a dormitory in Phetchaburi province, when Silpakorn University student Thirapong Thitatharn was beaten up and stabbed in the head with a screwdriver.

This guy is so loaded with rings and looks like bracelets on his left arm I am surprised he can lift them. Any bidders on this??

This was a horrific act of violence that's completely shocking. Don't make it even worse by allowing the real culprits to go free.

My biggest fear in Thailand isn't being murdered. It's the probable chances of my family never seeing any real justice. Can't imagine what the family of the victim are going through.

In the Post this morning there was an article stating that the gang that did the killing are sons of 'influential people' and have already been released  without bail (so they can intimidate any witnesses no doubt!)

The lawyer above needs all the amulets he can get!  He has repeatedly gone up against corrupt cops and other violent gangs.
