90 day after renewal?

Featured Replies

Hi,

Do immigration count 90 day report from the date of visa extension ? I remember, usually if you do visa extension each 90 day, you don't need to report 90-days.

Did they change anything in Pattaya ?

I had a ticket attached to passport to come in January, but I extended visa in December and supposed to file 90-days report in March.

I have a large family if the apply 2000 baht fine to everyone, that would be quite stressing.

Thank you for attention

Only the first extension of stay (visas are not extended) is considered a 90 day report.

Unless immigration did a new report for you a put a slip with in your passport your report date remains the same.

If your report was due in January you have until next month to do it.

You are assuming that he did his 90 day report in January. From his post it sounds to me like he didn't do the report in January, because he thought the extension in December meant that he had a new 90 day report date in March for his next report.

I might got it turned around when I read his post.

Also I should of mentioned if he is referring to his family's reports then any children under the age of 15 would not be fined.

You should have reported in January unless they gave you a new date (rarely happens) when you last extended.

Applying for an extension of stay and submitting a 90 day report are separate procedures.
