There was some chatter about legalising marijuana in Thailand, but then they said it's only for hemp with 0,3% THC (in other words as useful as alcohol free beer), and these plants can only be grown by government corporations, 2 YEARS from now.

Things are still very much retarded in Thailand.

 The Thai, or English version. His fans know what he's on about. "Sweet ganja" is indeed from the English version.
