When police approached the woman, who they said appeared to be in her 30s, she fled toward Ratchadamnoen Avenue. Wearing no shoes, she led officers on a chase for over a kilometer to the Khok Wua Junction, just short of the Democracy Monument. Even worse the Flakka drug where people tend to strip and run but when they're down, on the ground their torment is unbelievable.
