I need transfer my extended to stay to my new passport..

I have the old canceled passport, the new passport and a letter from the embassy that asking for transfer the visa.

Do i have to do it in person, Can i use a messenger??

Do i have to fill in any forms??

Any Photos?

Any needs for photo copies??

There will be photo copies required and believe there is a form to fill out (or at least sign) so am quite sure it is something you need to do in person. Should not take too long. Believe photo copy shop across street knows what is required if you use them.

Once a year to app;y for annual extention of stay, I do show my face at immigration-office, immediately followed by a letter of authorisation for somebody to follow up for me.

All other 'jobs' incl. change of p/port done with letter of authorization, which must show the persons name, ID-card etc.
