I am not sure what other contributor's experiences are, but the balsamic vinegar based branded vinaigrette dressings are not really worth the bother IMHO. Better to self mix (of Modena) balsamic vinegar with virgin olive oil. Since I am pretty liberal with the stuff, I use the Borges brand at 189 baht for 500 ml from Friendship Supermarket. Any other suggestions?
