"BMA, argued that the case belonged in the Administrative Court instead. The hearing ended with the court saying it would reconvene to decide both questions in two months." v. Civil Court

The Civil Court needs 2 months to find if it has the authority to try the complaint?

Which I believe it does as it is BMA that is being sued for compensation for failure to make the BTS Skytrain accessible to the disabled.
