I say 'Tour Operator' in the topic's title although it's not really my activity... I have a newly created foundation operating in Pai, MHS, to support organic farming and eco/agro-tourism. As part of my fundraising activities, I plan to bring my donators on tours to show them the projects they are making donations to. So basically I'll be touring different projects around northern thailand for 10 days to 2 weeks with up to 10 people at a time. We'll be driving around a mini-van from place to place, and engage in small farming and crafrs workshops.

 

My question is: what kind of insurrance should I have to cover any risk of accident, on the road or on sites?

Group accident insurance is compulsory for tour operators. Of course check car insurance. Also take into account a foreigner can not operate as a tour guide.
