Normal traffic fines (without court appearance etc.) are way off from triggering any search warrant/blacklist or the like. Millions of traffic fines are unpaid/ignored by Thai people. dentonian Posted March 31, 2017 Share Posted March 31, 2017 Unless a Court warrant was issued for his arrest, which is extremely doubtful for what should have been no more than a 200 baht fine, he shouldn't have a problem.
