ubonjoe Posted March 31, 2017 Share Posted March 31, 2017 They cannot change nonimmigrant visa categories. The reason for their extension of stay can be changed from working in your wife's case to a dependent extension. You childrens extensions would be changed from being her dependents to yours. You will need your marriage certificate and the children's birth certificates. Your wife will need a termination letter from her employer to cancel her current extension and the children's on the date new extensions are applied for.
