If you have a multiple entry visa issued by a embassy or consulate you do not need a re-entry permit.

I got a 2 month extension of stay and it finishes at april 20th, underneath it says +To keep your stay permit, re entry permit must be made before leaving Thailand.  I got my Non o from savannaket 21 November 2016.

Is this some mistake?  Also if i am travelling with my wife and baby can i line up in the Thai passport line if i show my marriage certificate? Thanks for a reply in advance.

The mention of the re-entry permit is only for the 60 day extension.
You will get a new 90 day entry every time you enter the country up to the 16th of November.
Normally if travelling with your family they will allow you to enter with them. There should be no need to show your marriage certificate.
