350torana
Today did a run for 30 day to Poipet. The last week or so been reading all the hype generated by a certain website . I have been a walker since November, with a two trips through Don Muang thrown in, still not sure if leaving by air constitues "back to back " . Oh well. Had , no problems at all. The 6 am start and my father-in-laws aspirations to Nigel Mansell status was a bit hairy . He got us there from Ban Kapi to the border in a bit over 2 hours . Anyways,i am one of those fools who use the touts to get me through . Pretty obvious they are in partnership with the Cambodonian officials and because of this u get in and out a ###### of alot quicker, cost more baht of course!! Didn't have even have to walk past all the casinos to get stamped out after getting the visa. They did everything on the spot . Oh well, going back through Thai immigration, had no problems. Asked Thai officials and the touts about walkers, said " no problem " . Only drawback was all the Thai tourists exiting who do not seem to understand one line is for aliens oh well thier country I guess . Cheers

bonsaimax
I absolutely agree with you Chingy. I would never entrust my passport, work permit, or any important document to any of those shady characters. Doing that would definitely ENDANGER your stay in the country. Better safe than sorry.
