Could someone please post a simple chart, with an example, that shows how to dial:

a mobile number IN Thailand from both INSIDE Thailand, and from OUTSIDE Thailand..

a land number IN Thailand from both INSIDE Thailand, and from OUTSIDE Thailand...

Also, how to dial, calling from INSIDE Thailand, to a number OUTSIDE Thailand... I know there are different options for this.

Any clear help appreciated!

Overseas Call to mobile number in Thailand

Since September 1, 2006, access code of Thai mobile numbering has been

changed from 0 to 08. As such, overseas call to Thai mobile number has to be

dialed as follows:

Old dialing format + 66 1234 5678

New dialing format + 66 8 1234 5678

The mark “+” above stands for an international access code of any countries,

e.g. 001 (Singapore), 0011 (Australia). New dialing format to mobile number in

Thailand are made without “0” as shown below:

If you would like to make call to Thailand mobile number 08 1234 5678, please dial

Call from Singapore: 001 66 8 1234 5678

Call from Australia: 0011 66 8 1264 5678

Dialing with old format, you will get an announcement “To call to Thailand mobile,

please add 8 after country code 66. Try again please.”

For access to Thai fixed line, dialing method is still the same.
