thai_narak
I cannot find information about this case. When will I be able to apply an extension of stay for my non-O visa? Can I apply a month before my visa expires? What if I'm not residing in Thailand at the moment can I go home to Thailand to apply for extension or should I stay in Thailand for 60 days first to be able to apply? lopburi3
It would help to know "what case" your are talking about. Are you married and want to extend your stay on a yearly basis using the 40k family income? If so it can be applied for up to 30 days before expiration of a permitted to stay stamp so you should be here 60 days first. But if you have employment reasons they can probably make an exception for you if you and spouse ask.
thai_narak
I'm married and below 50. I do not have income in Thailand but can show proof of income from overseas. If I have to be in Thailand for 60 days first then I don't have a chance to apply but OK I will ask my wife to call them. Thanks Lop!
