If you right click on it and open the image in a new tab you can see it.

No "right click" on a mobile device. If there were an image present you could "press & hold" to open in another tab. But that wont work in this instance.

 

So you don't see this on a mobile device?

I see the file name on an iPhone. 

Just the broken link/file name, nothing else.

I get 3 images, 2 roads in BKK and some old geezer. (on Android mobile device, opens in separate tab).

But not on PC using Chrome.

I too can see image in Op and in Ubon joe post when using "Thaivisa connect" app.

But see nothing at all using android browser in either of those posts.

Same using Edge.

Chrome on Win10 not a link but if you right click there is option to open in new tab and image does appear then.  And if you copy/paste to another post it appears as below - exactly as original.

... that's the same i see on PC/WIN7/Chrome (broken link icon+numbered jpeg)

Right click & 'open pic in new tab' does work for me too ...

I see it in android browser, not using TV App.
