Covered in ink, but not in intelligence.  Is Beckham a surgeon or QC??

Beckham's hard put to string two words together.....AND make any sense, so he's not a good example.

I don't know of a single lawyer, and I know a lot through my lawyer partner,  with a visible tattoo, and after a couple of joint replacements, frequenting an orthopedic clinic where there are 14 surgeons working, I haven't seen one with a visible tattoo.

Not all people with tatts are criminals, but many criminals have tatts.   Judges and juries are humans, and even though appearances should count for nothing, inked defendants do make it more difficult for themselves.  Even wearing a long sleeved shirt would have gone some way to minimizing the impact.

I guess there are always exceptions.  I worked at Harvard University for 8 years, and I also lived near MIT in Cambridge MA.  Trust me, you can judge people by many attributes, but with few exceptions, tattoos shouldn't be one of them.  They are not for everyone, that's for sure, but outside of some circles, they are prevalent in every nook and crany of humanity.  That dude is probably guilty, but just sayin...

What happened to the thai girl that was allegedly involved too?

No need to involve her any further as they have a foreigner to blame for "everything"...... while you can be assured she did everything she could to pin the blame on him.

He could tell the truth with proof  about what happened for ever and a day and it would not matter one bit as the police have their man and the show must go one.

Her complicit involvement or anything nefarious she did is of no interest to them any further.

Cheers

I was just wondering if the guilty person was Thai what would they have got for murder. Remember back when the lady who killed her husband and she was Thai and they gave her the death sentence. Next day they gave her bail. Unreal I did not know you could get bail if you are sentence to death  So there is hope for him yet Opps he is not Thai So no hope

 Exception confirm the rule.

Sorry grampa but the rule is nowdays tats are a trend. They are no longer for convicts and big bad bikers. I see college students and hipsters in NYC inked up to the neck. I got quite a few myself and manage to avoid killing and raping folk although the tattoos constantly whisper to me that I should.  You know it's the devils ink. When we judge a man I hope it's based on his actions and when we convinct him let's hope it's on evidence.

I don't want to judge anyone, but coming to court covered in tattoos when you're the defendent in a criminal case is probably a bad idea.

Oh Yeah, what a fool, he should have left the tattoos at home .

The Red Bull guy has a lot of money and influence, the Spanish guy has neither. thats the difference.

I feel the real problem NOW in getting the RB guy into court is that a can of worms will be opened big time. The local authorities, police and everyone else involved would not be too happy when/if the heir goes to court for obvious reasons.

There is a chance that given the worldwide publicity that RB heir (BOSS) will never return home to face any music. He would be treated like a celebrity at any airport and this might force the Thai authorities to act to save face.

He is a convicted murderer. That is one kind of proof. You may doubt the verdict, or the integrity of the Thai justice system, but he has been found guilty in court. "Innocent until proven guilty" simply doesn't apply at this point.

Oh dear......My post was made before the verdict...refer page 1 photo......

Try and keep up!!
