I don't know of a single lawyer, and I know a lot through my lawyer partner, with a visible tattoo, and after a couple of joint replacements, frequenting an orthopedic clinic where there are 14 surgeons working, I haven't seen one with a visible tattoo. Not all people with tatts are criminals, but many criminals have tatts. Judges and juries are humans, and even though appearances should count for nothing, inked defendants do make it more difficult for themselves. Even wearing a long sleeved shirt would have gone some way to minimizing the impact. I guess there are always exceptions. I worked at Harvard University for 8 years, and I also lived near MIT in Cambridge MA. Trust me, you can judge people by many attributes, but with few exceptions, tattoos shouldn't be one of them. They are not for everyone, that's for sure, but outside of some circles, they are prevalent in every nook and crany of humanity. That dude is probably guilty, but just sayin... Remember back when the lady who killed her husband and she was Thai and they gave her the death sentence. Next day they gave her bail. The local authorities, police and everyone else involved would not be too happy when/if the heir goes to court for obvious reasons. There is a chance that given the worldwide publicity that RB heir (BOSS) will never return home to face any music. He would be treated like a celebrity at any airport and this might force the Thai authorities to act to save face. . . .
