Two door inverter frig/freezer, good water pressure/ balcony with decent view. 1000 THB deposit...key card system. Washer and dryer on ground level...and a rock hard bed with very clean sheets. Siam Privi Residence...formally Chick Residence..book on Agoda for best rates. I got seven nights for 62.07 USD. A good variety of stuff to do in the local area.
