It has been worse over the last couple of years. The story is a bit exaggerated as the "condom zone" seems to be only that one pathway you see in the photo (which just happens to be one of my favourite paths to walk [for exercise]) and not a heavily used track, but the main walking track is condom free.

 

The other side of Pratumnak Road (the lookout area) seems to be popular as a gay meeting place as many of the upper walking tracks are secluded.

Locks on public restrooms in parks after hours would help as well....Something About Mary comes to mind.

To be honest, I always found it a nuisance. Really annoying to be propositioned when out for a walk or run. 

I started training there before it became popular. 

Had to avoid the lower walkways altogether, as you would get them calling up from there.

Must have been a great annoyance to them when it became popular with the masses.

I do not look gay (far from it) but would wearing small tight running shorts help? 

 

I guess walking is going to be my limit of exercise (too old).
