Video: It's the battle of Route 151 and 27 - Round One!

BANGKOK: -- Transport chiefs want a word as two bus drivers were filmed Tuesday trying to attack each other with knives and bars in full view of passengers.

The clip from dash cam of another vehicle was posted on Facebook after the incident in Minburi in northern Bangkok, reported Thai Rath.

The drivers of routes 151 and 27 are seen having a serious disagreement over something in the middle of the street as their startled passengers look on.

One driver threatens the other who remains on his bus. One had a metal bar and the other had what appears to be some kind of sword like implement.

Round Two in the feud is set to take place today at the offices of the Bangkok Mass Transit Authority.

The operators of both services have been ordered to attend a meeting at 1.30pm this afternoon to investigate the matter.

In the meantime the BMTA has suspended both services.

More than 700,000 views of the incident had been made by yesterday with presenters on Thai television shaking their heads at the latest road rage incident to hit the streets of Bangkok.

Right, and just think, as passengers our lives are in the hands of these idiots.

If not for dash cams & social media none of this would be reported.

Just another boring day for bus drivers.

So they decided to spice things up a bit  :cheesy::cheesy::cheesy:

A society incapable of having a strong disagreement without going nuclear

TL comes out high on some weird "happiness" index, but in reality they would have to be one of the angriest people in the world.

This morons are really rotten to the core.

The dash cams and the cell phone cameras have been one of the public's only tool against police corruption and also making the police and city officials taking action against companies involved in incidents such as these manic drivers.I guess next LOS will band public posting of most things on Facebook so as to protect their own corruption.

"In the meantime the BMTA has suspended both services."

So, because of these 2 clowns, both services have been suspended, leaving the general public standing at the bus-stops.  It's the drivers that need suspending, fining, locking-up and making an example of how not to behave when serving the public.

****in pathetic!!!!!!!!

Dash cams will soon replace the police.  The guilty will be tried in the Court of Facebook.  Punishment will be Great Loss of Face.

It is called "close race" for the Thai PM post in the elections. :sleepy:

It's a one on one fight, that means the use weapons is needed.

Both retarded cowards with no regards to their passengers.

RTP please it's a prison sentence for these two morons not a fine like the usual.

The guy inside the bus doesn't even wear shoes. So much for safety and concern of passengers. In all my years in Thailand I haven't used a public bus once and seeing this it is not about to change.

That is a hell of a big sword to take to work ?

Pathetic video: Bad actors and rare soundtrack.

No big deal, it happens all the time...police will say it's a misunderstand...

Hilarious, but what do you expect?
Surely not the sharpest tools in the shed...

So are such 'sword like' weapons standard issue? While such a display should carry punishment, it is the service admin that need to take responsibility. I am pleased to see there was no physical harm done.

Nice to see they can stay awake to fight.

Haha, like kids.

Good music.

Thanks for sharing.

Thais harbour more anger inside them than the rest of the World combined.

Just another day in the Land of Smiles.

The reason they are all armed is that they don't trust each other! Bars, guns, spanners, you don't have to look far to find weapons!

Send them back to technical school to learn how to fight.....pingpong bombs are so much more effective than swords. :coffee1:

Thai rak Thai.
