Its a DEAD, harmless, Sunbeam-or Rainbow snake Xenopeltis unicolor,

RIP snake you died for nothing.

It's a Cobra  ...   :burp:      thailand only has cobras

Probably a one rat snake / indo chinese rat snake they can be different colours when fully grown including black.
I would of thought if it was a monacled cobra the dog might be sick by now or worse

Rainbow snakes have a luminescence on their scales, hence the name, so I doubt if that is one.
