Macadamia Nuts

Does anyone know where I can buy some Macadamia Nut trees/saplings.

I bought some about 11 years ago from Khun Uthai at 

Chiangmai Royal Agricultural Research Center,

Horticulture Research Station,

They are normally grown in the highlands, not lowlands.

There are different varieties. They are numbered but correspond to named varieties in some other countries.  

They take a while to bear fruit (nuts).

You can buy them in Phayao, about 1 year old, 50cm tall, around 150 baht each.
