You may be able to modify the DNS on the Samsung TV (Network, IP Settings), not sure if that workaround still works for things like Netflix? Otherwise you may have to run a VPN in your network device (ethernet or wifi router). Some routers now offer this capability, or you can modify the firmware to something like DD-WRT or Tomato, which will allow this functionality.
