Kamnoon Sidhisamarn, spokesperson for the NRSA whip

BANGKOK: -- Two major reform topics – healthcare scheme and rice industry –will be tabled for the National Reform Steering Assembly (NRSA) for deliberation on Monday.

Kamnoon Sidhisamarn, spokesperson for the NRSA whip, said the healthcare reform committee had suggested that a “National Health Policy Committee” be appointed to oversee health benefits and medical services provided to the general public and state officers.

The aim was to ensure social equality, he said.

Regarding rice industry reform, he said the NRSA would discuss the possibility of establishing a community enterprise to help farmers with unresolved debts, increase productivity, add value to rice products, eliminate middlemen and match supply with demand.

After the so called we need subs deal the very mention of healthcare reform scares the beejesus's out of me. This topic seems to be dragged up to the alter from time to time like a reluctant bride. Also reminds me of Custers Last Stand when he said "Holy cow look at all those Indians" the Indians of course simulate the powers that be. Again watching how this government operates it seems like death by stealth.

And also a Super Health Committee to assure that the NHPC is doing its just.

Because apparently the Ministry of Public Health itself isn't capable of developing policies!

Wouldn't have worn that check shirt with such a shiny suit. Tie is sought of OK, bit drab, but please plain shirt colour next time. Also top suit pocket is for that handkerchief just to hang over and puffed up, same colour as the tie. Gold ring is nice touch, but please we need to see the manicured fingers.  A nice cutaway or button down collar for the shirt. My preference is the cutaway. Can't understand why vests aren't worn more these days. looks good in shiny silk.

Oh, the story is not about dress. Looks as though he just invested in a haircut? He is going to do a job someone else is employed does? Looks as though he takes care of his skin, anyway, not like that little chubby vice P guy.

Anyway if you are on top, need to look nice.
