Not many places in Pattaya beyond the beach where you can look up and get a clear view of the sky.

Buildings, cables and signs usually.

The drones will be equipped with a little cup, like in the bars, for you to put money in and a slip of  paper telling how much.

 

Looking toward the future, the ability to detect someone's phone number by scanning from a distance will eventually become prevalent.  So I can see where you might be scoped out by a drone, and a few minutes later your phone rings with cop saying "you pay now!"

Drones, used in the dark, over a very crowded and narrow street, often swept by heavy rain and strong gusts of wind. What could possibly go wrong?
