I,ve been unable to log on to my account for over a week now and wonder if anyone else is having a problem with this bank.

I,ve tried going in direct from my Int. Banking site and also from the N.West home page with no success.

I can sometimes get as far as putting my security info in but the site then comes back with incorrect details entered. ( several times on different days ).

Contacted the U.K. and was informed that someone had tried to access my acc. and due to repeated incorrect info. it was locked out for security reasons.

Be careful at all times..........................................nice to know the security works
