I own an old Gortex jacket, probably 20 years old.

Machine washed several times in accordance with Gortex instructions.

Now after last wash it is starting to pass water to inside.

I know Sprays are available

Sounds as though the Gortex action is no longer working - ie (without Google), water molecules being larger than whatever makes Gortex Gortex and preventing it from passing. As for the waterproofing stuff, I always had most luck with HomePro. They carry the Rustolene brand, which churns out all sorts of interesting products.

I bought mine in the motorcycle supply shop on Sri Donchai Rd.  opposite Suruwong Book Store. Works well.
