geovalin Posted May 29, 2017 Share Posted May 29, 2017 A CNRP official has been arrested over a hit-and-run accident involving a six-year-old boy in Pursat province. CNRP chief executive Yan Senghorn, 49, was arrested on Saturday after hitting the boy as he walked along the street and dragging him for 12 kilometres with his SUV. Nat Sovandy is in serious condition at Kantha Bopha hospital in Siem Reap province. Veal Vang district police chief Theang Leng said Mr Senghorn hit the child on National Road 55, on his way back from attending an election campaign event.
