bazza73
No doubt just about everyone has seen the farm vehicles chugging along at about 15 km/hour, with a very characteristic exhaust note. Just wondering - what engines power them, how many gears, top speed and load capacity? Yes, I know the last might be a piece of string question. tifino
15kmh is not that bad, if for a chugger...

ktm jeff
They use a diesel engine that can be used for a variety of uses , water pumps etc. Belt drive , variable , like a scooter , but they may have a second set of pulleys , so a second set of ratios can be used for the road. So even more than 9 speed. Load capacity - TIT. They look funny on the road , and i dont think road legal for a "Farang".Drive them using "Tiller" handlebars.
