US Territories and Medicare treatment ?

from Wikipedia  , US Territories  are Puerto Rico, Guam, the Northern Mariana Islands, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and American Samoa.

 

So does Medicare work on these islands and has anyone had treatment there ?

 

just thinking of some nice warm places to escape every once and awhile ,

 

I  guess the easiest  would be Hawaii ,

You can use below Medicare webpage to Find & Compare Hospitals, Doctors and Others who accept Medicare anywhere in the U.S. or its territories such as Guam, American Samoa, etc.   Works pretty good.

Hong Kong Express sometimes has very reasonable fares to Guam and Saipan from HK. (They also serve Chiang Mai.)

 

But looking into it, medical care on Guam and Saipan seems not all that developed, so I'd be reluctant to suggest flying there for anything consequential.

Hmmm.  Spend some time in Hawaii while doing some medicare stuff.  Interesting thought.
