Investment limit for private individual into crowd funding projects

Recommended Posts

Im unofficially a resident of Thailand (many years on Tourist visas)

British and Australian dual citizen

I want to invest in some crowd funding projects at wefunder.com

It seems there are different types of investments. A+, D etc.  Until recently only rich people could invest in startups (<deleted>?)

Am I limited by laws (where?) - Thailand or elsewhere what I can invest in?  How do profits/capital gains on these work in Thailand?

Is there issue that I'm not Thai citizen but wanting to invest and saying I'm resident here (show my Tambien Baan as proof of residency I guess)
