I just realised that I need proof of address for my 60 day extension based on marriage. I didn't even consider it would be a requirement (As how would someone "visiting" for 90 days have a rental agreement, but hey, my bad).

I don't have a contract with my landlord as my wife is the person that signed the contract so how would I (by tomorrow) get a proof of address? Would I be able to ask the manager of my building to write a letter that states that I currently live at that address? Will Immigration accept such a letter?

I use my rental-contract and a letter from condo-mgmt in similar situations (TM-30 reporting - not sure if this is what they are after in your case).  I would call and ask (or have your wife ask) if either of those will be OK with your immigration-office.

You can use the rental contract in your wife's name. It does not have to be in your name.

I saw on a post from last year that you suggested a copy of Owners house book and ID as well. Is that still a requirement?

In most cases yes but for a 60 day extension they may accept just the contract.

It might be advisable to get a copy of your landlord Tabien Baan and ID card for future proof of address.

They should sign and put their contact number on the copies.
