There must be a shop in BKK selling them, loads of restaurants have them now. I 've also seen a bar with real Paulaner tabletabs (or however they call those glass tubes full of beer to tap at the table). You can see a listing of Thai craft beer distrinbutors and their beers at http://bangkokbeerguru.com/distributors/ and it also gives links to distributors' websites. For Belgian beers, look at B-delicious, and Belgian Beverage Asia - those two - along with http://www.brewberry.co.th/#our-beers represent about 90% of the brands of Belgian beers in Thailand.
