It is being reported because it is a grisly case of national interest. That's what the press does, reports on things of interest. It would be wonderful if every day there were stories of blue skies and happiness, but the reality is different. You would hope that a countries national leader had the brains to understand that, and that he harms the country's reputation more with his talk of controlling the media, than the bad news story probably would have.IDS you hit the nail in his head so to speak.
